Counseling Center is a nonprofit civic association and the nature of an organizational unit of Association of the Deaf and hard of hearing in the CR are distinct legal personality. The main mission of our center is to protect and defend the rights, needs and interests of hearing impaired people of all ages, extent of disability or membership of any organization.
